I have been away from LJ/net for awhile, so I don't have much background on the issues you are currently dealing with, but I do have some background on politics in volunteer groups and the different stresses that poses, and you all have my thanks and sympathy for the work you do.

I'd just like to let you know that I think OTW is doing an amazing job.. I hope you get enough good feedback, and I really appreciate the time everyone must be giving to provide the rest of us with such wonderful (and long-term) resources.
