Copyright law is always tricky -- you'll find that a lot of internet rights laws, copyright law and IP laws are up for debate in Europe right now and that they are generally more lax and consumer friendly than current U.S. laws. An exciting time for Europe! Again, thanks for taking the time to look around. :)

(imo, I know people are worried because it seems like there is only two choices -- either full commerical copyright or illegal -- but I think that in the coming years, it will be entirely possible to see different kinds of codicils and subtleties creeping into the law.)
