Oh folks. *sigh* You know I love you but...this is not the way to be the change you want to see in the world.

Hi Sara!

First of all, I want to say that because we haven't had a chance to discuss your comment, I'm replying as myself and not in an official capacity.

That said, the OTW is committed to social justice and inclusivity, and we take this type of concern quite seriously. The volunteers who design our Fannews graphics do so out of love for the organisation, and I'm sure that today's artist will appreciate your criticism. We'll be discussing the issue internally in the next couple days.
