I was very confused by the first paragraph of this because at no point is it specified that 'the site' in question is ao3.org and not, say, transformativeworks.org (probably the mention of 'news posts' contributed to this mental picture? I don't know). I realised halfway through that because this is an update on ADT, it's probably about the archive only, but... I admit to being constantly tripped up by this ever since the beginning, as I never thought that the name of ADT applied (or should apply) particularly to the archive over all other projects of the OTW, who also need design, accessibility and tech considerations. /gripe

OTOH, not to be entirely negative: I am excited about the upcoming changes! And still altogether super pleased by 'the site', so: bravo everyone, and thank you for your tireless efforts. I'm so, so glad to have a virtual home at the ao3 (and to have started uploading podfic metadata there). Rock on.
