In general, it's difficult to say an absolute time, because our staff are volunteers (so their time fluctuates unexpectedly) and because some bugs are tricker than others to look into. We currently have no bug older than a week (as far as I can see). However, in your case I just noticed that someone picked it up right away and wrote a response, then realised they were going to lose internet access for a bit and so reassigned it to me to take care of. So, the delay was actually on my end - but I will get back to you right now!
