Yes, we're really excited about it! It's still a little way off, but it will be fabulous to e able to make a lot of user questions and answers public and to get more people involved (and it will have things built in to make sure stuff that needs to be private is - the reason our current support system is all behind closed doors is that we needed to preserve confidentiality and our options at the time were more limited).
