How about asking the lovely people at QuestionCopyright.org (with help of their artist/animator in residence Nina Paley?) if they'd be willing to make a nice, non-teal-squirrel-in-pirate-hat-biased "Copyright University 201" video clip that actually explains a little about fair use and transformative works (and maybe even post it to say, YouTube, as a video response to the squirrelly one)?
