We're working on the development of a Dark Archive (for non-public backup/storage of vids) and a Torrent of Our Own (for hosting/sharing vids) -- you can read more about both of those projects in our Vidding Roadmap (http://transformativeworks.org/projects/vidding-roadmap). Last year's challenge was meant to promote those projects, but they aren't far enough along yet to actually start hosting vids. We do currently offer the ability to embed video that is hosted elsewhere (YouTube, etc.) at the AO3.
