Hi! Membership is annual and provides one vote per member for annual OTW elections. :)
We do state above and in the Membership FAQ (see question #8) that in return for a minimum annual donation of $10 USD, you can become a voting member of the OTW, but that could be clarified further in the FAQ, yes. I'll bring that up with the Development and Membership Committee.
