Just a quick heads-up for the tax preparer (posted here because there's noplace to post it at the help-wanted ad): See IR-2007-129 (7/12/07) explaining the e-Postcard (Form 990-N) procedure for small tax-exempt organizations. PPA added the annual filing requirement on the 990-N for some small 501(c)(3)s that are not required to file a 990 or a 990-EZ, and OTW might re subject to this requirement.
