Hi, we are trying to find the right kind of tone for these more informal FAQs that is fan-friendly, less officious as well as respectful. By the feedback we've received here, it's very obvious that we haven't found the right tone yet and I want to thank you for getting back to us with your thoughts.
As for the fifth question and this first FAQ -- we are going to be addressing these separate issues in more detail in the following FAQ posts because, as you say, they are criticisms and thoughts that come up again and again in comments we received and discussions we follow. We wanted a lighthearted introduction to the various issues we are going to address an and would rather have linked to someone who was joking rather than linked to someone who had raised the point in legitimate discussion because we didn't want to come across like we were picking on someone.
As I said, we are always refining the FAQs and our posts and these comments help us to do it. Thanks.
