What is the tag "planning:issues" intended for? "Issues" is really general, no? I mean funding and design are "issues". Or is it for issues with the planning process, like planning meta? Or do you mean it for contentious stuff, like allowing chan or fanfic in fandoms with fanfic-hostile owners or whatever?
