I meant to add, that I started in XF slash archiving in 1999, taking over the existing two year old XF slash archive when the previous archivist resigned. I did it by hand originally, like Gossamer still does, taking email submissions, formatting them, adding to a database and uploading it about once a week for a couple years until I switched to the Automated Archive.
