OTW's fan studies journal, Transformative Works and Cultures, has launched a new structure for submissions which takes effect as of issue No. 38. New TWC co-editors Mel Stanfill & Poe Johnson expand on why they believe these changes are important and necessary to better reflect "the reality on the ground".
