Er, sorry, I wasn't clear. I don't know anyone personally who needs help, but what I meant was that if there are a number of people in danger of losing their fic because an archive is changing policies, could the OTW committee in charge of rescuing archives etc help out by perhaps making a post similar to the one they did about that website that was deleted. If there was a centralised post where people without accounts could comment with links to fics they'd like hosted on the AO3, then those of us who do have them could import them from ff.net for them, and let them know.
Obviously I am not saying the sys admins who are working hard on the site should take this further task on, but perhaps it could be organised by the other committees?
